I am a Learning & Development professional, an enthusiastic storyteller, passionate about learning technologies, and an accomplished program manager.

I’m Paolo Castiglione. My career and my avid curiosity have taken me across the globe and exposed me to a variety of cultures, languages, accents and diversities which, I’m sure, have contributed enormously to who I am today and what I bring to the table.
The richness of my experience is in the people I met and what we shared. Two years ago I was in Marseille delivering a global program. In the room, about 30 young talents had been chosen from locations all around the world to attend an intensive training journey in Leadership that would prepare them to become the future leaders of the company. During one of the breaks, Farah - a representative of the Middle East market - approached me.

"Is that a good thing?" I asked, after a few seconds’ thought. She was serious and I was perplexed.

Her accent, her Persian lineaments and the solemnity in the deliverance of her feedback made it feel like an ancient prophecy cast upon me. So much so that if I’ll ever decide to undertake the career of night vigilante, Silent Soldier will definitely be my alter ego's name.
