I believe that education, in all of its forms, is the key to bringing a positive change to businesses and communities alike. This approach has accompanied me through my 15+ years' experience in the L&D and CX fields. My job roles and my avid curiosity took me across the globe and in contact with a variety of cultures, languages, accents and diversities which, I'm sure, contribute enormously to the richness I bring to the team.

Passionate about learning technologies, fiction writing, superheroes, and hiking.

  • Cross-functional projects. Partnered with strategic actors (team members, stakeholders, subject experts) across teams and functions to bring successful programs to life and meet all the needs.

  • Synch and async digital learning. Employed and managed a variety of learning technologies to match the programs’ goals and meet learning objectives.

  • Life events. During this period of time, I decided to take on freelance projects to have more flexibility to prioritize my family’s needs and organize our relocation to Los Angeles.
