For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.

INCLUSION & DIVERSITIES
I made a pledge to never forget the privileges that the country where I was born, the body I was given, the passport I hold, and the way I look gave me.
I commit to always seeing diversities, acknowledging the lived experience they mean and never playing the "we're-all-equal" card just to avoid seeing them. This is how inclusion begins. I’m part of the LGBTQI+ community and have been an Inclusion & Diversity advocate advising and promoting ways to do better.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
In-person or online, I can count 100+ programs that took me around the world (either physically or virtually). That means exposure to a vast array of diversities, VUCA situations, people, and cultures that shaped my program management skills to adapt and reassess fast.
LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES
I’ve been advocating for online learning way before Covid forced us on a Zoom call. In the last 10 years, I had opportunities to implement some of the most advanced techs into my programs, like the WOW Room from IE Business School, and the VR-based serious game Earth-to-Mars, developed by my colleagues at Headspring.
TOPICS
I&D, leadership, ethics in the business, innovation, communication, future of work, digital transformation. These are just some of the most common topics that my programs focused on. Off-the-shelf solutions don’t work for all and as a program manager, I always commit to customising each learning journey to people, needs, and goals.
COLLABORATION & RELATIONSHIPS
I collaborate across teams and functions to involve anyone, in the organization, who has a part in achieving the desired goals. I reach out to managers, leaders, and executives and listen to them. A solid needs analysis starts with a conversation which leads to building trust and confidence.
PROCESSES
Successful project management that involves many moving parts and actors needs to be transparent if success is the ultimate goal. Keeping open communication and documentation accessible to anyone has a two-fold outcome:
-
It allows teams to collaborate asynchronously while keeping track of the projects’ progress
-
It makes it possible to foresee and flag delays and roadblocks.
